Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the services provided for any reason, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before purchasing it, it provides all the details about the services or product you have purchased.
In case of unsatisfied with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellations and refunds shall be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
“Cancellation Time and Refund Mode (Order can be canceled within 2 hour of placing Your order. And refund in such cases will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days)”
Refund Policy
We can refund payment for your ordered, if you product successfully return within 1 week in good condition so that we can sell It. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs. 500 or 25% on the value of the returned products, whichever is higher, of the total amount received by us for your order after taxes or other charges levied by the payment processing partners.
There will be no refund especially if the product is returned by the customer after a gap of 15 days from the date the parcel is delivered to the customer or due to unsuccessful delivery attempt and the package is returned. However we can resend it at nominal courier cost.
